What is the new City Broadband Business Packages all about?
The new City Broadband Business Packages will no longer have packages below 50Mbps and they come with cheaper pricing. Below are the details on the new packages:

How do I subscribe to the new Business Package?

Do I need to pay any deposit to subscribe to any of the Business Packages?
No, the first 3m cable is given for free. However, you will need to pay if you require an additional cable.

Can I add additional Fixed IP?
Yes, you can, just add RM200 per Fixed IP per month or RM400 for 5 Fixed IP per month.
Can I terminate my Business Package subscription, any time?
Yes. However, a termination during your contract term is subject to a penalty. The penalty fee is RM500.
Can I subscribe to additional Voice services?
Yes, you can. Only for the 50Mbps plan. You will need to add RM 20 per month, and you will get 1 voice line and 1 DECT phone. The call rates would be RM0.08sen/minute.
